What is EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
The technique pioneered by Gary Craig and used famously by Paul Mckenna. Emotional Freedom Technique is a quick effective and no nonsense therapy that dissolve phobias and fears without the need for analysis, fantastic tool that can be used for a wide spectrum of symptoms.

Using psychology of eye movement, as a fast route to healing and bringing forth and dispelling negative thoughts and feelings. Acupuncturist uses needles with E.F.T Tapping is used to the same effect

Between days 2 and 3 you will be asked to complete 5 case studies these do not need to be handed in, and can be in note form taken when you were doing the therapy session.
The basis of your case studies will be used on day 3
Any difficulties will be ironed out in this final session

Duration: This is a 3 day course
Day 1 is an introduction to EFT and can be used by you for self healing.
Day 2 and 3 are the days you need to attend to become a practitioner of EFT.
